Coronavirus Cause of Force Majeure Policy (COVID-19)

On March 11, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the coronavirus outbreak, known as COVID-19, a global pandemic. Our COVID-19 Force Majeure Policy to help protect and ensure the tranquillity of mind of our customers covers the following:
Reservations made with a reservation between March 14, 2020 and May 31, 2020
Reservations for accommodation made with arrival between March 14, 2020 and May 31, 2020, can be canceled before arrival using this policy. Travelers who cancel will receive a full refund free of charge.
This policy will be updated based on the evolution of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
How does the cancellation process work?
This policy is valid for reservations made from the reservation portal of the Rent Costa Brava website (www.rentcostabrava.com). Reservations made from the different portals (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo) will have to comply with the cancellation policies due to force majeure of each of the portals.
